The report presents literature reviews and syntheses on selected topics related to the training of lodging/shelter managers in a crisis-expectant period.
Two principle task areas were addressed and the following products are reported: a content outline for shelter management training with an accompanying proposal for course elements of a complete training package for lodging/shelter managers; and detailed outlines and specifications for two of the elements (training modules) from this package - shelter organization and radiological defense.
